Another exciting project is coming to Franklin!!! For the first time ever, Main Street businesses between 2nd & 6th street are invited to decorate their store windows in a month long festive display. The windows will be marketed through local news, Chamber emails, Facebook posts and more.
It’s easy to participate! Register at the link below. Then design a window to meet this year’s theme - Santa’s Workshop. Unveil the window on December 1st and have available to view through January 1st.
We can’t wait to see your creativity! Will you include animatronics, a short story, a poem, music? The opportunities are endless. Our only hope is that you create a window that is nostalgic, festive and fun for the whole family. We anticipate this being a new tradition for families across the region.
Imagine a beautiful holiday display in every window and the children towing their parents & grandparents going from window to window excited to see what’s next! Imagine people coming to downtown for the first time and being delighted with what they find!

Design the best Santa's Workshop window to win a $300 cash prize to the Grand Champion and $200 to the Reserve Champion.

Please keep in mind that windows for non-Main Street businesses will be first come first served in order of registration. As empty storefronts become available for decoration, we will reach out to registered businesses accordingly.

Three judges representing Carlisle, City of Franklin & Franklin Twp will judge the windows on December 7th.

All participating businesses will be given a poster with a voting QR code to put in their window. The public will be invited to vote for their favorite.

Team Windows
Do you have a Main Street window, but not the creative type? Consider teaming up with another business not on Main to decorate OR maybe the Franklin Highschool arts class would want to help? Be creative! Partner and come up with something amazing!
